Here’s what your ideal Karwachauth Sargi Thali should include ⤵️

✅ Include:
• Phool makhana kheer / daliya / jaggery kheer
• 4–5 soaked almonds & 2 walnuts
• Seasonal fruits (pomegranate, banana, apple, or papaya)
• 1 glass of coconut water
• 1 small paratha with paneer / curd / sabzi
• Herbal tea or saunf-ajwain water

🚫 Avoid:
• Fried & spicy foods
• Tea or coffee on an empty stomach
• Too much salt or too much sweet — they cause bloating & dehydration

Ragi Sweet Paniyaram – Soft, fluffy & loaded with calcium & fiber!

Ingredients (for 10 Paniyarams):
• Ragi flour – 4 tbsp
• Rice flour – 2 tbsp
• Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
• Baking powder – ½ tsp
• Chopped cashews – 1 tbsp
• Grated coconut – 1 tbsp
• Jaggery – 3 tbsp
• Water – 3-4 tbsp (to melt jaggery)
• Ghee – for greasing

Method (Short version):
1. Mix ragi & rice flour, cardamom, baking powder, cashews & coconut in a bowl.
2. Melt jaggery in warm water & slowly mix into the flour mixture to form smooth batter.
3. Rest 10 mins; consistency should be pourable.
4. Heat appe pan, grease with ghee & pour batter. Flip after 1 min.
5. Cook until golden brown. Enjoy guilt-free sweetness!
